Very Sad News for Massachusetts Animals

Read this news story. Three animal shelters, Springfield, Martha's Vineyard and Brockton, will be closing as a result of the economic crisis. These shelters took in approximately 11,000 animals last year! What will happen to the animals who are left? Will other local shelters be able to accommodate the overflow?

Help keep this from happening to other shelters, who rely so heavily on donations. Give what you can. Turn in all those cans, roll or bring your spare change to a Coinstar and give that "free money" to the shelters. Spread the love to those who want nothing more than to love you back.
