How to be a Superwoman (or, what I did this weekend)

How many projects can one couple complete in a long weekend? We still have one more day to find out. But in my generally overzealous manner, I created a list of items I'd like to knock off our perpetual homeowner to-do list.

Here's the "if-I-was-Superwoman" list (complete with human updates):
  • mow the lawn (COMPLETE)
  • weed whack (COMPLETE)
  • weed n' feed (COMPLETE)
  • cut back the mini maples (this is on hold due to poison ivy overload)
  • pull up poison ivy (is it possible to go backwards on an item? In this case, yes...we discovered a ton MORE poison ivy in our backyard!)
  • bring lawn bags to Clark St. station
  • start veggie seeds
  • water the roses (COMPLETE)
  • move snowblower to the garage (COMPLETE)
  • clean the family room floor
  • clean the fitness room rug
  • laundry (3 loads COMPLETE, plus guest room linens washed)
  • hang sconces in entry way
  • hang frames
  • put up wall words in kitchen
  • sweep living room/dining room (COMPLETE)
  • sweep kitchen (COMPLETE)
  • mop/Wet Swiffer kitchen (COMPLETE and much needed!)
  • organize office closet
  • bring craft stuff downstairs
  • finish crochet headband (COMPLETE)
  • Anne of Cleves necklace
  • Anne of Cleves french hood
  • memorize Anne of Cleves lines
  • draft sponsor letter for Snuggles Project
  • find new spot for iron cross votive holder (I have a spot in mind)
  • rake up sticks left after pickups (COMPLETE; this was a last minute addition since they came by to clean up the branches from the ice storm Friday)
Now that I see it, we've gotten quite a bit done! Tomorrow will hopefully continue in this vein.

What have you been up to this weekend?

Oh my. You are a busy woman! Very inspiring! Since the weekend was long, I accomplished quite a bit as well. Definitely not as much as you however.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. :)

Some was out of pure necessity (the yard), but it was nice to feel accomplished. That's great that you had a productive weekend as well, I hope you took some time to relax!
