Today was session 6 of 8 with Adam, the bringer of pain. Also Week 2 weigh in. I stepped on the scale with the memory of last week's 4 lb loss fresh in my head. This week's loss?
A big fat 0.
So we checked my body fat percentage, which was 30.5 at my initial weigh in. It's slipped to 29.7%. But before handing me the device he said "the only time it's inaccurate is during 'that time of the month'". I groaned...because dear Aunt Flo checked in on Tuesday.
So the good news is that I likely have dropped more weight and percentage points, Flo's fat butt is just masking it.
At any rate, I'll be working my own butt off this next week to ensure an awesome final weigh in.

Honestly, you should just be proud of yourself for making a healthy lifestyle choice :) Regardless if you lose 10 lbs a week or .001, you're adding quantity and quality to your life my dear.

Thanks hun. And I do feel worlds better lately. I just feel frustrated and a bit panicked that I only have 2 sessions left with him. Then I'm on my own!
